This salad recipe is so light and easy you can make it ahead of time and use it for lunches or dinners all week. So here we go:
|Cook following the directions. I then let cool in the fridge|
|Add english cucumber, feta, tomato, onion|
|Oh la la another view|
|For the dressing I just combine olive oil, white and red wine vinegar (I don't measure I just make to taste)|
|Mix it all together with the dressing|
|And ta da, easy salad is done and ready to eat!|
